These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products (including hand soap refills, hand creams, disinfecting wipes, and disinfecting sprays) from Touchlans (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website (www.touchlans.com, “the Site”). By placing an order on the Site, you (“you” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies posted on the Site.

1. Order Placement and Confirmation

This delivery timeframe applies to all orders, regardless of whether the shipping address is domestic (within the United States) or international—no additional declarations or exceptions apply to domestic vs. international delivery.

3.2 Shipping Fees

Products that are used, opened, damaged (other than damage caused during shipping), or returned after 60 days are not eligible for returns or refunds.
